Wellgate have rented a house in The Mumbles, which is on the Gower Peninsula in Wales. The house has four double bedrooms, two large reception rooms, a separate kitchen and dining room and two conservatories.
There is ample parking and a garden at both the front and rear of the property. The house overlooks the sea and is a short walk from multiple beaches and the nearby town centre with various shops and restaurants. It is the perfect place for a well-deserved get away with friends and family.

It will be available to use free of charge from January 2022 for any member of staff who has worked with us for more than 6 months.
We are in the process of setting up a booking platform which will allow you to select which week you would like to go and stay at the property. This platform will be released in the coming few weeks (we will provide an exact date at least 1 week before release) and booking will be done on a first-come-first-served basis.
Care experience is not essential as we offer a full induction and regular training to equip you with the skills and confidence to carry out your role, as well as regular training and support throughout your career with us.
If you are trying to decide whether a career in care is the path for you, you could complete the online, interactive video challenge ‘A Question of Care’, which lets you consider how you would handle real life scenarios in the social care sector and helps you build a personal profile based on your values and attitudes.
